This is so easy it’s not even funny. I’m not even going to make a recipe card for it.
What Do You Need for this Easy Gluten Free Vegan Quesadilla?
Follow Your Heart Mozzarella (how much do YOU want?)
Follow Your Heart Cheddar (how much do YOU want?)
Refried Black Beans
Vegan Butter (if you need it? I use ceramic pans and they don’t stick)
Follow Your Heart Chipotle Mayo
What Do You Do
Heat up the pan to medium, medium-high.
If using butter, lightly butter one side of two wraps.
Place one wrap in the pan, butter side down.
Spread [as much as you want] of the beans on the tortilla.
Sprinkle the cheeses and chopped green onions on top of the beans.
Place second wrap on top, butter side up.
Flip in about 5 minutes but you can carefully lift the bottom wrap to see if it’s cooked how you like it and decide when to flip based on that. You can also turn down the heat if the wraps are cooked, but the cheese isn’t quite melted. Tinker with it. You’ll get your Gluten Free Vegan Quesadilla just right.
