So, I’m cruising around the interwebz trying to find the best detox recipes out there. I wanted to add them to this post of mine that I recently published. I won’t lie- my article on detoxifying the body is quite the read, but definitely worth it if you’re truly wanting to get the job done. No products, cash, or crazy fad required, I promise.
Anyway, I came across a blog called Nutriplanet. Honestly, everything in that blog is the exact depiction of what nutrition should look like. Detoxing would hardly even be a thing. Suffice it to say, I stopped searching for the best detox recipes at that point and decided to just showcase some of the things this blog has to offer, as it’s already a one-stop-shop. Everything on Nutriplanet is WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) and therefore has zero added sugars, zero oils, and ALL the tastes!
